Covid-19 Trading Update

We just wanted to let you know we are still open and sending orders out as usual Monday - Friday.

After seven weeks on my own in the warehouse (with help from husband, teenagers from time to time - and the dog!) the team have now started coming back in - thankfully! - but are generally working part time in the office and part time at home so they can work around their children.

We are lucky that our warehouse is based in a remote rural location (a beautiful farm in Wiltshire), and that all of the team live within 10 miles of the office. We've rearranged the office so the desks are socially distanced, and moved around the packing area in the warehouse too. All parts of the office and warehouse are well provided with cleaning materials - which are as low waste as we could find.

We’ve turned off our tracked 24 service as we may struggle to meet that deadline, but all parcels will still be sent by our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 service so you can keep an eye on where your parcel is. We do also offer DHL delivery which is a next day delivery service.
